afraid we're not in a position to give guidance on this matter to others
when we have no idea what we're doing.
Except only this: if you have time-dependent dealings with people and
events in the US, get in the habit of putting the hour on the Subject line
and in the text, and confirming scheduled times independently. Insist that
your US contacts do the same.

Subject: DST issue for people outside the US/Canada?
I'm in the UK and have to admit I'd simply not noticed all the fuss
about the DST update until a day or so back. My bad.
Anyway, the Microsoft website doesn't really make it clear what you need
to do if your organization isn't affected i.e. if you're in the UK?
We have no direct connectivity with networks outside of the UK other
than normal internet applications such as smtp and ftp.
