Taking over an existing Exchange 2003 system, we noticed that the previous admin had GoodLink and BlackBerry services running on other servers. The services seemed to be working well and the users generally happy. During a study of the GoodLink users it was noticed that a couple of user's device had not communicated with the server is a very long time. We contacted the users to see if there was a problem with the device, was it lost, were they in an area of no coverage, etc. The users advised they had uninstalled the GoodLink client and move over to Activesync via the OWA server. We are totally unaware of how many people might be using this service. Is there a "tool", program, etc. that will tell us who is using Activesync?
