I think I found my answer...

All,

I am looking for information on if there is an easy way, other than scripting, to set all of the published Free/Busy time displayed to users to the same setting (36 weeks)?
This is for users using Outlook clients, not OWA.
I assume this is a setting on the Exchange server, but I can't find any information on what gets changed when users go into their properties on their OLK client. I already looked over the information in kb917687.. .but from my understanding that only effects what's allowed to be published. Each user still has to configure their own Free/Busy settings in conjunction.
Any help is appreciated...

John Q Jr.
