It's undoubtedly issues at those three organizations. I've noticed that a lot of the 5.7.1 errors crop up when organizations are changing ISPs or signing up with mail filtering organizations like Postini. It's impossible to exactly coordinate the change over with the necessary DNS changes so for awhile messages go to the wrong place and the 5.7.1 results.
