Hi everyone,

These are the steps I took-

Right click the user account-Properties-Security-Add- selected the user in
question-  Clicked "Allow" next to "send-as" permission-

Updated recipient policies- waited the 120 minutes -  and even went as far as
rebooting the exchange server- and having the user reboot his PC-

Still getting "you do not have permission to send to this recipient" and I
had him try to send to other domains as well-

What did I miss?
