I need help in trying to figure out how many users license we need to purchase to move up to Exchange 2003 from 5.5 We are still on NT4 and will like to move to AD. Can someone help or direct me to link that can provide that type of information. I did a search on Google but I am not getting the right info.
Our Exchange 5.5 currently houses 60 users using Exchange mailboxes and about 160 remote users using Internet Mail. Those are branch offices located in the East. Would I need a license for each user or it depends on the number of users logged into the Exchange server at the same time? Thank for any help that you can provide.
