So what I did find out was that a user on one exchange server in the
admin group that I control was connecting to a FE OWA box in a different
Admin group. My servers had hotfix KB911829 applied to it to allow
Vista users to connect. The servers in the other Admin group didn't.
They applied the hotfix and know they're up and running.

Cheers,
Tony

I've seen this occur a few times. In my cases it was related to an
update/hotfix for IIS or OWA that was not applied to both the frontend
and backend. You can try restarting IIS on your backend otherwise.

Subject: OWA ISsue

OWA on Exchange 2003 SP2 running on W2K3 SP1 FE Server

When users log into the OWA box, they get what looks like a basic web
page. It doesn't look like the regular OWA that looks and feels like
Outlook 2003. There's just plain text links on the left side and just
some of the basic icons on the right side. This just started yesterday,
no changes were made that I know of. I've stopped and restarted IIS,
rebooted the server and it's still happening. We do have MessageWare's
PlusPack installed which I've since removed. Anyone come across this
before?

Thanks.
