You were advised against using unsupported Windows Server and Exchange
backup methods. You're finding out why.
But getting past that, what exactly is the state of your system and of your
backups?
Have you called Acronis support?

Hi I am having new Acronis problems now. I have the latest and greatest
version of 9.1 true Image server installed on a 2003 Server R2 SP2 running
Exchange 2003 SP2.
My scheduled backup totally froze the system and I had to manually reboot
the box. An email was kicked off to me with the error log though, strange
cause the box totally locked, so how it got the email out Im not sure.
Here is what was emailed to me from the log
1 Information 8/5/2007 1:00 AM The "Email Weekly Full Backup"
operation started
2 Information 8/5/2007 1:00 AM Analyzing partition 0-0...
3 Information 8/5/2007 1:00 AM Analyzing partition C:...
4 Information 8/5/2007 1:00 AM Analyzing partition 0-0...
5 Information 8/5/2007 1:00 AM Analyzing partition D:...
6 Information 8/5/2007 1:00 AM Analyzing partition 0-0...
7 Information 8/5/2007 1:00 AM Analyzing partition E:...
8 Error 8/6/2007 10:03 AM Child process has exited with code 259
9 Error 8/6/2007 10:03 AM Operation has completed with errors.
Seems like the Analyzing stage which usually only takes 3 seconds took
almost 12hours and just died.
Any thoughts
