Exchange 2003 SP2. I have a user who's mailbox shows in ESM and through outlook as being around 350mb in size.
Only thing is the folder sizes if viewed at the Mailbox level in Outlook only add up to a few Kb as does the total of the messages in those folders. There are no errors/events logged in the Application Logs on the server. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?
