I seem to vaguely remember that clearing the IE temp files would address the problem. I could be wrong, but it can't hurt to try.

Subject: lost my graphics in owa

When I access OWA can login ,see mail but all the icons are missing. when I try to call up an icon via http I get access denied. I removed and reinstalled OWA according to the Microsoft instructions [ article 883380 ] and still no luck. I have compared this to a working OWA and cannot find out what is denying access to the icons. Both the working OWA and the broken OWA directories look the same as to protections. Its not a firewall issue as I have
the same problem on the server accessing OWA from IE

Any ideas

bob
