We are having an issue with Exchange 2007/Forefront 10. Our environment: 2 Edge servers, 2 Hub Transports, and 2 CCR servers with a CMS virtual mail server. We also have an Exchange 2003 box for running Public folders...can't move them because of a legacy faxing app.
The problem: we have a KBase server that sends reports via a network account using Outlook with a PDF attachment. The PDF attachment is stripped with the following: FILE QUARANTINED ---------------- The original contents of this file have been replaced with this message because of its characteristics. File name: "Body of Message" Virus name: "CorruptedCompressedUuencodeFile" We have unchecked both the Delete Corrupted Compressed Files and Delete Corrupted Uuencode Files boxes in Forefront on the two Hub Transports and on the CMS virtual server. How can we configure Exchange to allow these files? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
