You can do that only if the two addresses apply to two separate mailboxes, but I doubt that's the case here. I am assuming that the poster has two (or more) addresses with two domains on one mailbox.
Outlook with MAPI will reply only with the SMTP reply address, the one that shows up in the E-Mail Addresses tab bolded and with the capital SMTP:.
