Is there a way to check if an Item was hard-deleted (shift-del) from the server and/or client? ________________________________
From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] on behalf of Jean-Paul Natola Sent: Thu 2/28/2008 11:43 To: Exchange Discussions Subject: DumpsterAlwaysOn failing Hi all, I have user that claims emails are randomly disappearing from outlook (rpc over http outlook 2003) so I decided to create a new profile here , with her login info, and I enabled the "recover deleted items" for all folders via the Dumpster reg hack- I sent an email, deleted it, and when I go to recover deleted Item , it comes up empty- I then checked message tracking for other messages , she says has disappeared this past week, and she is correct in that she did indeed receive messages on 22 feb, but there is nothing in her folders. How else can I track this, unfortunately she in central America, and Im home with broken ankle, So I dont have her laptop in front of me.
