Thanks for all the helpful links. The cheapest solution which doesn't involve writing a script seems to be PA Software's at $230. It's appealing because it's focused on disclaimer/signature only and won't step on TrendMicro Scanmail.
I was hoping for something free but that was naive of me, I guess.
