First off, thanks to everyone for their input! It was the Watchguard
that was limiting it.. I really appreciated everyone's thoughts!..

It's been years since I was Watchguard certified, but I believe
attachment size is now under Antivirus/Content Engine, and not in the
SMTP settings....
