Do not use out of office Use tools /rules and alerts, new rule, start with a blank rule, do not select a condition (leave all unchecked ) you get a dialogue box that says this will fire for every email message that arrives. You can then choose to reply with a specific template etc.etc. this would be a server side rule.
This can cause email storms and *not recommended*.
