Do not use out of office

Use tools /rules and alerts, new rule, start with a blank rule, do not
select a condition (leave all unchecked )  you get a dialogue box that
says this will fire for every email message that arrives. You can then
choose to reply with a specific template etc.etc. this would be a server
side rule.

This can cause email storms and *not recommended*. 
Having a real person filter and reply would be the best method

Hi Everyone,

We have an auto-reply for our  jobs@  email address (aside from creating
a
client side rule) is there a way to have it auto-reply to the same email
address more than once-

In other words you send an email for  job "abc" you get the auto-reply,
if
next week , or next month  you send an email for job "xyz"  you will not
get
a reply as exchange only does one reply per address- 

Any way around that?
