Hi list,

Is there a way to populate body content automatically when I book resources?

E.g. I am creating a meeting and invite attendees along with my conference
bridge as a resource. Is there way for outlook to populate the body content
based on the resource type? i.e. conference room #1 with body content#1,
conference room#2 with body content #2.

Thanks.
Chee
