Your MTA did an Mx record lookup. The lookup returned no Mx records[1] so the server connected to the A record for womenthrive.org on port 25. That server is not configured to accept mail for that domain.
(The host name in your logs didn't match the host name when I telnetted to their Mx record so I tried the A record and it returned the same name... in case you want to test for yourself). [1] There are Mx records for the domain when I look now. Why there might have been a failure is left as an exercise to the reader if one wants the exercise. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jean-Paul Natola Posted At: Tuesday, April 08, 2008 2:45 PM Posted To: swynk Conversation: relay access denied from inside Subject: relay access denied from inside Hi all, I have a user that replied to an email she received and this is what bounced to her the following recipient(s) could not be reached: [EMAIL PROTECTED] on 4/8/2008 2:40 PM There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
