No solutions sorry, must be poor RBL's if they are doing this. As I
always thought RBLs are ip based??

Are your clients using a third party to relay the email (ie their ISP?) 
It could be just a coincidence and their ISP netblock is being blocked
due other ISP customers being naughty or BOTs.

they are being viewed as the spammer.

Your clients are sending the NDR's to the forged addresses, and that is
getting them listed in the RBL's? If that is the case they should
consider fixing that. That will get you listed pretty quick these
days.....
