We've recently upgraded our users from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003, SP 3, running against Exchange 2003 SP2 (single org, single site). Some users who log onto multiple workstations have reported receiving duplicate special folders. MS Support says this is a database corruption issue and the remedy is to run isinteg on all DB. We have five SG with ten DB across three Exchange mailbox servers and the affected users are spread across all servers/DBs. Has anyone experienced something similar?
I have seen similar problems posted elsewhere but have seen no explanations or solutions. Thanks in advance for any assistance provided. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
