Exchange 07 is a big enough shock that you don't need the S 08
complications. Of course that might make the upgrade path to 08 a bit more
difficult later on, IIRC you can't in-place upgrade an Exchange 07 Server
from 03 to 08. But, for a small shop I don't see any compelling reason to
upgrade to 08 for a long time anyway.
