She's probably still a delegate for the VP.  Just clear that.

I had set up an administrative assistant to clear all calendar
scheduling for one of our vice presidents. The AA quit, so I took her
out of our system AD & Exchange. But some people who try and schedule
with the VP, get a message saying the AA is no longer on our list. Is
this something I am missing at Exchange, or something on the VP's
Outlook profile? I have looked pretty carefully on both.
