Hello, running Exchange 2003 server with Outlook 2003 clients. Is there any way a user can index his/her outlook with speedy searches? The person in question was using 'lookout'

The built in outlook search is not worthless but close to it. Are there any alternative Outlook add-on's that we can use that would speed up/index the outlook searches? Thanks In Advance.
