Hi, I have a user who complains that he get emails on his Blackberry before his Outlook.
He claims that sometimes he sees items in his Inbox, but no unread e-mails. Then if he scrolls down, the e-mails appear. Sometimes they appear to have been received prior to e-mails already read. We're running EXCH 2003 SP2. Any ideas?
