Have you examined the headers of the original message for discrepancies in
the 'From's?
It's also possible that the other server has instituted new spam or RBL
filters that target your server but not Hotmail. An RBL check is probably
in order and should be done regularly anyway.
Sending messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] might tell
you something useful.

Hi all,
I have an odd one here, a user replied to a message sent to her from an
external sender, it bounced back with a 550 "no such user here"
I checked the logs and that was the reply from the server, I then sent that
user a message from hotmail, still hasn't bounced back yet, when I look in
my
queue I see an entry for the domain in question, despite the fact that it
does not have any message in the queue I just see
