Sorry for off topic post, but I figured with all the great minds here somebody whould know. I'm looking for a document or program that can read the Ras logs from a 2k and/or 2k3 server doing pptp VPN services. What I need to get out of them is who connected, date, time, for how long, and most important the reason for disconnect. I have the raw logs and I just can't find a document quickly on the format of all 60+ fields or I'd do it myself. We have a remote employee who say's he is having power and internet problems at his home thus keeps getting disconnected for periods of time and can't work. But I have setup a monitor for his static IP and can ping his external ip all the time without a single loss of a packet. So we are of the belief that he is selecting disconnect instead to make it look like it is happening. Thanks in advance.
