if those users are each bound to a particular machine, you could put them in a separate subnet and then not allow that subnet to relay on the SMTP server. Never tried it, but it might work. You'd also have to disable their OWA, IMAP and POP3.

What is the best way to restrict a handful of users to only be able to send emails with the company (from the GAL). For various reasons, we do not want them to be able to send emails to the Internet. It would only be for 15 of out 500 some odd users. Many Thanks Aristotle Zoulas _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
