We're testing Defender right now. Very easy to set up, has caused me no problems with my existing (Exchange 2003 SP2) configuration, and it's extremely easy to search the archive and assign the appropriate permissions. Their support also seems quite competent. I will probably be recommending that we go with this. We tried a couple other products, which were either horrendous to set up or caused Very Bad Things to happen, like mail queues freezing approximately every 8 hours.
