Hi all, An external user is reporting to us that he receives spam emails that look that they are sent from our ORG users. The reporting user is indeed a contact in some of our users but if i look at the spam message the email is not sent by us but by a spam email address. So it looks like the spammer is able to send spam and when it arrives impersonate some legit contacts, what can we do about it?
For example if i look at the spam headers: From: Beverly Holbert <[email protected]> To: Mike Stevenson <[email protected]> Beverly is one of our users and Mike is a friend of her, he received the spam and it looks like Beverly sent it but the email address @ succeedlife.net is the one of a spammer.
