AFAIK, that utility only allows you to manage security set on the Public
Folders.

Subject: [Exchange] Exchange 2003 Public Folder restore question

We have a custom form application developed in house that acts like a call
center appointment scheduler. The developer contacted me today that he wants to
install an update to the form tomorrow. And if the updates does not work
correctly he wants a restore of the public folder.
Can I use PFDAVadmin to undo the changes he had to the form OR will I have to
restore the whole public folder database.
The public folder database is in our Exchange 2003 server, that is replicated
to our Exchange 2010 environment.
