[Exchange] Followup question to moving PF replicas from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010

I am getting some push back on my plan to move PF replicas off of the
Exchange 2003 server and if any data issuses arise to only restore data
back into the Exchange 2010 PF databases (there are two now). How do i
