Hi all, I enabled SPF Hard Fail on our FOPE server. We have a consultant that has an email address in different org, her IT enabled forwarding on her mailbox to an email address in our ORG.
Now when one of our user send an email to her (using her external org email) FOPE quarantine all the emails. Forwarding is broken because of SPF. 1. Is that normal behavior when SPF Hard Fail is enabled, is my only option to add their mail server in my SPF record? 2. Apparently from the Tracking Logs, it also prevented the email from being delivered to other recipients (the one cc'ed).
