Sorry I didn't have a chance to look at the error yesterday, but it appears that your backup vendor is putting ALL Exchange databases on a server into backup mode at once, instead of backing up only specifically indicated databases. Your workaround is to only run backups on one server in a DAG at a time, or to get your backup vendor to correct their application.
