Exchange 2010 SP2 RU3
(Most are EXCHANGE 2010 client, but FYI we have also started to roll OFFICE 
2013 with EXCHANGE 2013 client).

Helpdesk has had several recent requests from directors to delegate full 
calendar access to their personal assistants. (there must have been a recent 
director meeting or something).

Helpdesk has not been able to resolve so I have to deal with this.

The reported issues vary, so rather than troubleshoot each ticket, I am 
wondering if any of anyone can share a link or whatever to any documentation 
you have that has worked/best practice, etc.,  to delegate full calendar access 
in EXCHANGE 2010.
