have a Hub Transport rule configured for appending a disclaimer message
to the end of all emails going outside the org. It has an exception for
emails that have ten numeric digits in the "TO" address. This works fine
for [email protected]. Does not work for any other emails. And no NDR
is returned to the sender. Tracking Log shows the message as sent. But
Message tracking does not list the message.
Where can I look to find out what happened?
