Tyvm sir.  The VM issue is ok in that configuration? It would be bad if I get 
hit by this issue. I have a very large percentage of users on OWA so the work 
arounds would not work for them.

I recommend you go to SP3 UR2. It's the most stable thing available, IMO.

There was an issue with 2010 and the above roll up....users not being able to 
delete Voice Mail messages sent by Cisco call manager.  Is there a fix for it 
now...is it safe to proceed?
