W2K8 R2 SP1 OS. Two node DAG. System has been very stable since install in Summer 2010. First time I have had this type of ticket issue. User has been in system for a long time, but not showing in OUTLOOK GAB and reported by multiple users even after SOP to download full address book, etc. and did this myself and user not showing. In EMC, user is NOT hidden from address, so not sure of the next steps. Hoping for some advice on how to proceed.
