When we initially deployed Exchange 2010 SP1 RU3v3 UM I thought I verified the auto attendant accepted speech input, but now it only accepts DTMF tones. I reviewed the UM AA settings and SpeechEnabled = $true. OVA does still accept speech input, so maybe the UM AA never did and I just did not detect the issue. It was not our firm's culture to access the UM AA previously, so I'm not sure when it stopped working. We are currently 100% Exchange 2010 SP2 RU3 hosted on Server 2008 R2 SP1. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to check, or try?
