Running Outlook 2010 on workstations and using Cisco Unity for voicemail. We're going to upgrade to Cisco Unity Connections mainly in part that the old Viewmail add-in for Outlook 2010 worked so horribly that the PC Specialist went through and manually disabled the add-in on a large number of workstations.
With the upgrade, we get a new version of Viewmail that works correctly. The problem is that if we push out an update to the workstations the add-in still is disabled. Does anyone have a suggestion how we can re-enable the add-in either by registry push or GPO? I searched for "Viewmail" in the registry hoping to find where the key to enable it was located, but it wasn't obvious. Is there a specific section in the registry dedicated to the enabling or disabling of add-ins? -Paul
