Probably a long shot here, but does anyone have the above configuration working? BB tech support cannot get my BES10 server to work properly w/ E2010. Straight activesync works fine for IOS, Android, and even BB10 devices. The minute I activate a BB10 phone through the BES though, attachments will not download to the phone. They try, get hung up, retry, sometimes fail, and sometimes complete after 10 mins or more.
BB tech support is telling me this: BDS communication to Exchange is causing getting all attachments to be requested as a "multi-part". Normally, it should issue a "get attachment" command, not a "vnd.ms-sync.multipart" request. Does the above make any sense to anyone? TIA! .
