If It's notes to exchange, it's the EWS web.config file that needs to be edited with IIS reset.

I am mobile but I'll send you your link later.

Subject: [Exchange] Exchange 2013 & Outlook 2013 attachment warnings

We are in the middle of an Exchange 2013/Outlook 2013 migration from Lotus Notes and have run into a pretty weird problem that I can't figure out. It's nothing super huge, it's just annoying and we'd like to figure out why. It concerns the auto-warnings for attachments.

We have on user, who if she tries to attach something over the size limit, she gets the following:
Inline image 1

The rest of us in IT (about 5 others) do not get the warning at all, though if we try to send above the established limits, we will get the bounceback.

We have checked every setting we can think of. We are all using Cached Mode, and the attachment limits are set on the server. We have looked at GPO policy settings but see nothing that would deal with that warning. Those of us without the warning have tried setting the MaximumAttachmentSize registry setting, but it does not affect us at all.

The only difference we can see between our installations and hers is we have Professional Plus, she has Standard.

But to throw a wrench in that difference, we tried installing Standard on a new machine, but we can't get it to pop up the warning.

The crazy part is... we actually WANT that warning, but can't figure out how to enable it. Anybosy have any ideas or anything for me to take a look at?

Thanks,
Erik
