Hello-
Curious if any of you have used any of the third-party options available for
Exchange signature block options vs. using the built-in Transport Rules to
create a standard signature? Looking for any feedback...good, bad, etc. I'm not
sure how I feel about something getting installed on the Exchange server itself
and how much extra administration it could turn out to be or having to worry if
it continues working with future Exchange upgrades, etc.

We are already using the Exchange rules to append our disclaimer. Are there any
issues to think about or shortcomings with adding a signature to the current
disclaimer, other than it wouldn't offer all the bells/whistles of a
third-party. Anything to watch out for or configure a certain way to have it
work well?

We are currently at Exchange 2010 SP3 RU2 with 3 servers for our DAG.

Thanks!
Lori
