It might be possible, but you really shouldn't. Groupshield 7.0.2 is already past its end-of-life, as is Exchange 2010 SP1.
MSME 8 is Groupshield's replacement, and you'll need to be on Exchange 2010 SP3 to be running a Microsoft-supported product.
