I monitor mail flow for clients by sending test emails and checking both end points using scripts. Takes a little to setup initially.

Today I had a client call and tell me they weren't receiving emais. The fix was to bounce their Barracuda, but ideally I would be alerted to the issue before they knew anything about it. Dave
