I'm sorry - both are active at the same time?

You need to call support. That should NEVER happen.

But won't that overwrite my existing onprem mailbox?

The interesting thing to me is that my email is not being routed out my
Exchange 2013 server. :)

Move your mailbox back to on-prem (from the cloud environment).

Here's one that was delivered to my mailbox oncloud.

Its almost like o365 doesn't realize I have an onprem mailbox.

I'd look at your message headers first to see the real routing.

Subject: [Exchange] mailbox onprem AND incloud!

I have Exchange 2010 on-prem with the latest RU and patches setup with hybrid
o365 exchange
all of our primary mailboxes are on-prem I've enabled a few online archive on
the cloud.
Somehow my account also got a primary mailbox enabled in the cloud.
I have dirsync and ADFS running.
We moved from FOPE to EOP so all mail is flowing through EOP->o365->on-prem

Emails to me are getting delivered to a mailbox in the cloud.
I'm not sure how that happened. I'm not ready to have primary mailboxes in the
cloud i'd still prefer all my mail routes to my on-prem mailbox.
Where should I begin looking?
