From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Beahm, Keith Sent: Thursday, June 19, 2014 2:43 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Exchange] Users are reporting OWA 443 redirect errors Four separate users have reported that when they browse the public OWA site they consistently receive the popup error "This webpage has a redirect loop." In all browsers (i.e., Safari, Chrome, and IE). This is not a device or software issue as we can use different user credentials on the same platform and get no errors. All successes and failures are very consistent. Our publically hosted OWA is fronted by TMG 2010, and back-ended by E2010 SP2 RU5. TMG 2010 does have a redirect rule to move port 80 traffic to 443, and to add the "/owa" if is left off. These users get this error even when they use the full OWA URL (i.e., https://mail.stinson.com/owa), and only after the login page has already been rendered with all the edits. I have compared all the accounts with several sample accounts and have not yet identified a pattern or lack of settings that correlate to this behavior. These same four users are EAS clients as well, and that interface has not had any problems. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? It's just four users today, but I am concerned about it spreading. Keith D.
