This may not be the answer you're looking for, but you can script this client
side using AutoIt and the OutlookEX add on. We did this for one of our
departments to add public folder contact folders to the user's Favorites list,
and also add them as Address Books.

You could also consider converting this to a mailbox, and then granting all
users Full Access permissions to the mailbox. This will automatically mount
the mailbox for all of the users in Outlook. However, granting full access to
the calendar/new mailbox may not be a viable option, so this may not work.

Subject: [Exchange] Showing Public Folder Calendar by default

Hi all,

we have a public calendar from 2003 (all users can see and write) on our 2010
server, is there a way "atuomagically" make it show up in outlook 2010
"calendars" icon/menu , WITHOUT having to go find it in the public folder
tree/list ?

Thanks
