Yes :)

Just to be clear: this is supported on an Exchange 2013 Edge server, as long as
you aren’t using ARR/WAP for SMTP.

Installing ARR or WAP on a Lync 2013 Edge server is not supported.

I had sort of dismissed the Exchange edge due to no new version but I suppose
it’s a possibility.

I can lock down firewall to third party scanner IP address but was looking to
keep the security guys happy with coming through the DMZ and what product
options people are using.

Thanks.

Regards,

Paul.

I'm using ARR at a number of clients who do not use ADFS (in that case you
should use WAP).

If you want /need an SMTP Edge, why not use the Exchange Edge Server? :-)

I am using it for exchange OWA and all out other web sites with no problems.
Not doing anything like that for SMTP.

I was looking at the ISS ARR for putting in a DMZ for my exchange and it looks
ok, has anyone else tried this? Any suggestions on products for SMTP?
