Yes it does, what is frustrating is that it is the 3rd time this year it has

Running EX 2010, outlook 2010,



1 user (the president of course) Outlook search doesnt show any recent 
messages, I have uninstalled outllook and rebuilt the index for the 3rd time -




Is there something I'm missing (this only happens to this one user out of 
approx 90)

Just to check for the obvious, have you made sure the view you are in has no 
filters enabled?
Advanced View Settings – Filters ( should show OFF )
