Create a custom send connector for the *.server.domain.com address with a smarthost of the external routable address of your on prem exchange server?
Lock your firewall down so it only passes the SMTP connection from the right source address and your good to go? We have a hybrid setup with o365 and all incoming email goes through EOP. Now DLs that have these contacts can't deliver the email to the contact because o365 doesn't know how to deliver the email to servername.domain.com Is there a way to add servername.domain.com to a connector with o365 so it would know to send it to the onprem exchange server?
